What Is Circuit Training?

Circuit training is a workout that cycles you through several different stations targeting different muscle groups. It generally involves both strength and endurance training. Circuit training is great for women that get frustrated by lengthy workouts, counting down the minutes until the session is over.

With circuit training, you aren’t likely to get bored. Each station lasts for around 30 seconds to a few minutes with little or no rest in between cycles. Studies have shown that circuit training is an excellent way to burn calories quickly and efficiently.
